1. Purpose and scope
These Terms of Sale (the "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between Business Profilers SAS (the "Seller") and any natural or legal person (the "Customer") making a booking via the website.
Any booking implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms. They prevail over any other document of the Customer.

2. Services offered
Business Profilers offers booking services for professional events, including in particular:
- Hotel night bookings
- Catering services
- Ancillary services related to events
- Event entry tickets
The essential characteristics of the services are presented on the site. The Customer is required to read them before any booking.
3. Booking process
3.1 Booking steps
The booking process takes place as follows:
- Selection: Choose the dates and services desired
- Details: Enter personal and billing information
- Payment: Secure online payment
- Confirmation: Receive a confirmation email with the summary
3.2 Order validation
The booking is definitively confirmed after:
- Acceptance of these Terms
- Payment validation
- Sending of the confirmation email by the Seller
4. Prices and payment
4.1 Prices
Prices are stated in euros and may be displayed excluding or including VAT depending on the service. The applicable VAT rate is specified for each service.
A booking fee is applied to the total amount of the order. This fee is clearly indicated before payment validation.
4.2 Payment methods
The Customer can pay for their order by:
- Credit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (secure payment via Stripe)
- Bank transfer: SEPA (subject to receipt of proof)
4.3 Payment security
Credit-card transactions are secured by our partner Stripe, which is PCI-DSS certified. Your banking details are never stored on our servers.
4.4 Invoicing
An invoice is automatically generated and sent by email after payment validation. It is also accessible from your account area.
5. Booking confirmation
After payment validation, the Customer receives a confirmation email containing:
- The booking reference number
- The summary of services booked
- The dates and location of the event
- Practical information
- The invoice as an attachment
The Customer is invited to check this information and report any error within 48 hours.
6. Cancellation and refund
6.1 Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellation conditions vary depending on the time before the event:
- More than 30 days before: Full refund (excluding the booking fee)
- Between 15 and 30 days: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
Any cancellation request must be made by email to yael@businessprofilers.fr or via the customer area.
6.2 Cancellation by the Seller
Should the event be cancelled by the organiser or by Business Profilers (force majeure, insufficient participants, etc.), the Customer will be fully refunded within 14 days.
6.3 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation or leisure services provided on a specific date.
6.4 Refund procedure
Refunds are made via the same payment method used at the time of the order, within a maximum of 14 days after the request is validated.
7. Liability
7.1 Seller's obligations
Business Profilers undertakes to:
- Provide clear and accurate information on the services
- Forward bookings to the relevant providers
- Provide quality customer service
7.2 Limits of liability
Business Profilers acts as an intermediary between the Customer and service providers (hotels, restaurants, etc.). Its liability cannot be engaged for failures attributable to providers.
Business Profilers cannot be held liable in case of force majeure, third-party act or Customer fault.

We undertake to respond to any complaint within 48 working hours.
Mediation: In the event of an unresolved dispute, the Customer may use the consumer mediation service free of charge. The mediator's contact details are available on request.
9. Data protection
Personal data collected during the booking is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy and the GDPR.
This data is necessary for processing the order and is shared only with the providers concerned.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing an amicable agreement, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
